The Box Hill Estate Opportunity Fund 01 is seeking to raise up to $15,000,000 from wholesale investors to fund the acquisition of a site for the development of an approximately 286-lot residential land subdivision in the Sydney suburb of Box Hill, located at the centre of Northwest Sydney’s priority growth corridor. The site is strategically positioned to benefit from significant ongoing private and public infrastructure investment within the precinct, including the upcoming Box Hill City Centre and community hub, Box Hill Primary School and High School, and Rouse Hill Hospital.

A portion of the subdivision has received Development Application (DA) approval. Further DAs are being submitted for sections of the development where opportunities to increase lot yield have been identified.

The Fund offers investors a choice of two attractive return options, with an investment term of fifteen (15) months from the launch date and provides a strong security package comprising preferred equity and developer guarantees over investor capital and returns.
