The Opportunity Fund 06 is a Wholesale Fund seeking to raise up to $15,000,000 from investors. Funds will be provided to a prominent and experienced residential land developer to acquire distressed, value-add and off-market land development opportunities across Sydney’s key growth corridors.

Macroeconomic factors including higher interest rates, population growth and residential undersupply, are creating attractive opportunities with the potential to deliver enhanced returns.

Through the Opportunity Fund 06, the Developer is positioned to take advantage of current market disruptions by acquiring distressed or value-add assets off-market and below market value. The Developer has a track record of over 50 current and completed residential land development projects across greater Sydney.

This is an attractive wholesale investment opportunity offering a choice of two investment terms, 24 or 36 months, each providing highly competitive fixed return options and a strong security package comprising Preferential Shares and Developer Guarantees on investor capital and returns.
