Rouse Hill 02 Secured First Mortgage Fund, a wholesale fund, is seeking to raise up to $4,795,000 from investors to lend on a first mortgage basis for a period of 2 years and a fixed return of 9% per annum paid monthly in arrears. The Fund will provide a loan to a special purpose vehicle of the Castle Group, which owns a residual lot zoned as Parkland to be purchased by Blacktown City Council, from the completion of a successful residential subdivision.
