Southwest Estate 06 Preferred Equity Fund is seeking to raise up to $3,685,000 from wholesale investors. The Fund will provide final-stage capital to the developer to facilitate the sale of remaining lots within a completed and titled residential land subdivision in Leppington, located in Sydney’s Southwest growth corridor. 

Over 70% of lots in the development are already sold. With a 9-month investment term, this opportunity offers a highly de-risked, short-term investment backed by real land assets and attractive fixed returns.

Investment Term: 9 months from the Fund launch date to the maturity date.

Fund Type: Wholesale Preferred Equity Fund
