The Opportunity Fund 03, a wholesale debt fund, is seeking to raise $8,000,000 from wholesale investors. The Developer will use the funds to acquire distressed and opportunistic land development projects in Sydney’s growth areas.

The Opportunity Fund 03 is seeking to raise $8,000,000 from wholesale investors. The Fund will have two return options: Option 1: A fixed return of 13.5% per annum paid quarterly in arrears. Option 2: A fixed return of 15.0% per annum paid on maturity.
The Developer will use the funds to acquire distressed and opportunistic land development projects in Sydney’s growth areas – prime residential subdivision sites in Sydney’s northwest and southwest.
